The back care course has been created by physiotherapists, osteopaths, GP's and yoga therapists, who are all passionate about helping people live a full and normal life - pain free.
The has been tried and tested in the NHS and includes traditional yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.

How long is the course?
The Healthy Back Care course usually consists of 6-8, 1 hour sessions. To gain the maximum benefit, home practice is recommended. Techniques you learn will help to manage your back for life.
Course would normally be on a one to one basis.
All equipment will be provided during the lesson and aid will be given to help with your home practice.
