As classes will be running at reduced capacity it is important that you book online to guarantee your space. If the class is full but you turn up not having booked your lesson, then regrettably we may not be able to offer you a place.
Class passes are not refundable or transferable to other people, including family members, unless this has been agreed in advance. For block of 5 passes you have 8 weeks from your purchase date to use your classes and trial passes need to be used 15 days from purchase. Class passes are extended over any holiday breaks or planned cancellations of classes.
A health and registration questionnaire must be completed prior to your first class – this is normally emailed to you after your first booking is made.
If you are 18 or under then a parent or guardian will need to complete a health/registration form on your behalf, any students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in class.
Any cancellations made more that 24 hours in advance of the class will be re-credited and you can automatically re-book, provided it is within the time period specified if using a class pass.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class start time or no shows are not transferable and non-refundable – unless you inform Carolyn that you have developed COVID-19 symptoms before the class has started. In the case of Covid-19 symptoms you will be re-credited for the missed class, provided you have cancelled online before the class starts and informed Carolyn either by email/text/phone. To check symptoms, visit www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/. Please do not attend the hall if you have been asked to self isolate or have had any contact with anyone who has been asked to self isolate, please contact Carolyn.
